This welding machine is special for welding the door seal of fridge, ice tank, sterilizer, water dispenser, etc. Adopting advanced PLC industrial automatic control system, it could ensure a stable program operation. Due that the molds and facility are arranged in vertical two layers and the precise linear roller guide transmission is employed, the facility is endowed with a higher precision to ensure a higher product quality.
2.Welding process: automatic heating (baking)→Vacuum absorbing→welding edging→inner cooling→outer cooling→automatic pushing out.
